No program will work if the client does not pair exercise, proper nutrition, personal desire, dedication and discipline to see a program through to completion. All clients must assume full responsibility for themselves.
All clients entering into a coaching, training, or other consultative relationship with Wild on Fitness LLC and / or Shalimar Wilder agree that Wild on Fitness LLC and Shalimar Wilder are not liable for any demands, injuries or damages that could occur while following recommended training and/or nutrition programs and recomendations of any kind.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

All payments are due on or before the scheduled session.

Failure to remit payment for your scheduled session is considered a cancellation.

Wild On Fitness LLC and Shalimar Wilder reserve the right to collect fees due for missed sessions not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy (24 hours advance notice).

In the fitness business, appointment scheduling is crucial to accommodating all clients' needs. Fees are considered 'due' for any missed appointment unless you meet the following criteria:
